Schedule of Payments and Fees


Tuition 4 yr. old (K-4)

 

$150.00 per month for ten months, August-May
$1,500.00 in total
As a general rule, 4 yr. old Kindergarten students should have reached the age of 4 by September 1st.  Some exceptions are possible with the approval of the Administration.
The 4 yr. old Kindergarten Program is a half-day program and operates from 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
4 yr. old Kindergarten students may stay for the entire school day for an additional charge of $150.00 per month. This fee also covers aftercare as needed.

Tuition (Kindergarten-12th)

 
Kindergarten through eighth grade - $610.00 per month for ten months, August-May
$6,100 in total

Ninth through twelfth grade - $635.00 per month for ten months, August-May
$6,350 in total

Discounts

Faith Baptist Church offers some private scholarship opportunities to self-pay families.
 

Before/After Care Times and Fees 

Multiple Child Discount available * payment required in advance

7:30 a.m.- 8:00 a.m. - $60.00 per month

3:15 p.m.- 5:30 p.m. - $100.00 per month

Before and After Care combined--$150.00 per month

After Care ends at 5:30 p.m.
$1.00 per minute will be charged after    5:30 p.m.

Fees

$125 K4 Registration Fee (non-refundable and required, in full, upon enrollment)

Tutoring 
(small group setting)


$25.00 per hour self-pay

$3,000 annually for FES-UA students (charged to your scholarship)
FES-UA parents may refuse tutoring with Administrative approval

If an FES-UA student requires additional tutoring, the self-pay rate will apply.


All payments are due on the first of the month. Payments are considered past due on the 10th of the month, and a late fee may be applied. The normal payment schedule is from August 1st through May 1st. If a student is withdrawn prior to the last day of the month, all fees paid and one full month’s tuition will be NON-REFUNDABLE. If the student is a scholarship recipient, those monies will be the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian and will be due immediately. All tuition and fees for the current school year must be current prior to re-enrolling for the following year. Faith Christian Academy reserves the right to withhold services such as, but not limited to, class attendance, tutoring, Before and After Care if accounts are not kept current. Fees are for the use of items and do not constitute ownership of items. Faith Christian Academy retains ownership of all materials and all materials are to be used by currently enrolled students only. All scholarship families are ultimately responsible for their child's fees and will be required to pay any amount not covered by a scholarship. Delinquent accounts forfeit all discounts. No records will be transferred until said balance is paid in full.
